Hey, I’m Carly.

John Frusciante once said “We are all very lucky to live in a world where there is this much music.” From the time I picked up a guitar on my 8th birthday, I’ve subconsciously dedicated my life to music. Though it took me years to align my path in such a way that pursued music as a viable career, my spirit always knew this was the direction I would find myself in. That’s why I’ve now found myself exploring the in’s & out’s of the industry from both on the stage & off the stage. I’m currently pursuing a Bachelors of Science in Tourism, Hospitality & Event Management from the University of Florida, along with a Minor in Mass Communications, on track to graduate in May 2026. Come check out my work, my passion and hey, maybe we could be a good fit!

What I Do

Live Event Production

Since beginning my producer career at Heartwood Soundstage in May of 2024, I have embodied my passion into tangible experiences. From booking artists, to planning out every single minute detail, to running day-of-show production, I’ve gained experience in what it takes to put on a successful concert.

Site Management

Starting in March of 2025, I’ve begun to step foot into a Site Management role at Heartwood Soundstage. This has followed a steep learning curve, but has been nothing short of fulfilling. As a day-of-show Site Manager, I provide hospitality for artists, oversee venue layouts, supervise bar & site staff, settle payments & point-of-sale, and ensure a safe & welcoming environment for all show attendees.

Musician

With over 13 years of experience as an instrumentalist, I am proud of my acquired knowledge of guitar, bass & piano. As a contracted musician I have put these skills to the test through rigorous hours of rehearsals and shows. In my bedroom studio I’ve penned countless songs, some of which may see the light of day.

  • “In a world that is so caught up in evil things, anything that is positive and beautiful should be shared by all.”

    Flea

  • “The worst enemy to creativity is self-doubt.”

    Sylvia Plath

  • “The joy of life comes from our encounters with new experiences, and hence there is no greater joy than to have an endlessly changing horizon, for each day to have a new and different sun.”

    Christopher McCandless | Alexander Supertramp

  • “I think music is the greatest art form that exists, and I think people listen to music for different reasons, and it serves different purposes. The best songs are the ones that make you feel something”

    Eddie Vedder

What I'm Listening To

What I'm Listening To *

I listen to a lot of music, and I mean A LOT. Since I’ve spent my life carefully curating my music taste, every single track meticulously selected, I decided to share a little of what I’ve discovered and what I’m currently spinning. These songs will span genres, decades and everything in between. I tend to run a track into the ground, so this could be updated daily, weekly, or monthly. Who knows!
